That Gretsch has a nice barkin' sound! I think Gone Shootin' is their best song and riff btw. The guitar parts that Mal & Ang played are quite different but they work together so amazingly well! The combination of Mal's tight power chords and Ang's bluesy lick is just.. pure art!

I would recommend for the song Gone Shootin’ that to differentiate the two guitars is play the F# chord on one of them an octave lower. I’m quite positive it’s Angus that plays the lower F# chord.

@@mariogidic Yes. Gone Shootin is my favourite song on that album. I think Powerage was their best album with Bon. As soon as you play the G on the D string, it’s a C pull off open A. Not C# to C open A. If that makes any sense.
