I save a lot more than I spend but being nervous about where to put my money has me keeping it in my business and bank account. But when you really have assets like a triplex that I got through a tax deed sale here in California and you see how much the appreciation increases the worth of my home. Even my CAR a 2016 Honda Civic-EX which I bought for 13k in 2019 with 39k miles is now going for 17k with 51k miles now in 2024. ALL MY ASSETS ARE APPRECIATING and I have NEVER seen a depreciating asset like A USED CAR INCREASE IN VALUE, I think I honestly should sell off my asset's or something because I don't know if this amount of value I'm passively capturing is gonna stay with me. Once you bring government to 10 percent of GDP then the deficient will drop. That would be a 27 percent of GDP reduction. What value is brought with hundreds of thousand of government workers that produce about 8 hour of 40 a week in productivity. There has to be a ROI on the government spend and a business plan with well defined measurement of success. If i give you 100 billion there better be a minimum of 105 billion in benefit. What business could exist without at least a hurdle rate of return. Government needs to be held to the same standards.

A lot of folks downplay the role of advlsors until being burnt by their own emotions. I remember couple summers back, after my lengthy divorce, I needed a good boost to help my business stay afloat, hence I researched for licensed advisors and came across someone of utmost qualifications. She's helped grow my reserve notwithstanding inflation, from $275k to $850k.

So despite a >doubling of int pmts in last 2 years , we are no higher NOW than in 1993 in real terms . Warren Buffett & Ted Weschler > PTJ. Both Warren and Ted said repeatedly, "Invest in a low cost index fund on the S&P 500 as early as possible and keep going, especially through thin times". American businesses are superprofitable, and the combination of high profit growth (around 7% a year in the US of A) and moderate interest rates makes sure the broad stock market will continue to rise, long-term. Of course, there'll be big setbacks like 2007 - 2009 where both the Nasdaq 100 and SPX lost > 50% of their value. But where are those indices today ? ;)

He's a billionaire (probably "m" like multi), but he sang this song already in 1988 or '89 - for the first interview in Market wizards by Jack Schwager. Look what the US equity market has done since then. I think debt simply doesn't matter ! Weird, and many economists would shake their head. It does matter, of course, on an individual corporate or company basis. But as long as US companies, by and large, are superprofitable, equity prices will reflect it.

it doesn't matter as long as we maintain military supremacy ($900B/YR!) and USD primacy.... as long as we can blockade, sanction, invade, pillage and plunder SELECTIVELY with impunity. No empire lasts forever. We got to enjoy it while it lasts but what PTJ forecasts is coming, when who knows. Look at UK, "the empire upon which the sun never sets".... Imperial British Navy... does England even have a navy now? Lol!

It’s starts to matter when those companies can no longer grow at the same rates they have been (essentially in a 0% interest rate environment). It also starts to matter the closer the interest on that debt gets to the revenue of the US government
