This is a great message from Kevin Owens as one of Luther's background singers, and it's so good to see and hear him talk about the good memories of Luther Vandross and the fun times he shared with him, and I have to say that Luther was one of the greatest singers and he will forever be remembered as that. Luther Vandross is actually my favorite singer of all-time, even though he's deceased and no longer with us, and I still play his music to this day. And I would sometimes watch the live performance with Luther singing at Wembley from 1989 and that I have on video tape, and from that 1989 live at Wembley it does show Kevin Owens as one of Luther's background singers. And I I do like that 1989 live performance with Luther singing at Wembley alot more than the 1994 live performance with Luther singing at Royal Albert Hall, and that live performance is what I don't like with Luther singing. But the live performance with him singing at Wembley from 1989 is what I do like, and that's also the only live performance I would watch with Luther singing and Kevin Owens being one of his background singers. And I would always remember Luther whenever I watch him sing from that 1989 live perfomance at Wembley. And I have to say that Kevin Owens seems be a nice guy just by seeing who he is, and he still looks the same and looks to be in better health.

I had the pleasure of playing for Kevin with Ray, Goodman and Brown. I had the opportunity to hang with Luther when he sang with Chic in the late 70's. Such an authentic spirit!

I miss Luther so much. I’ve lost count of the number of concerts I’ve been to. I had front row seats at the royal Albert hall to see him perform the songs video where he sang endless love with Mariah Carey . That night remains one of the best days of my life. Luther’s talent, his voice and his songs are a timeless reminder of this amazingly talented man x

Luther Vandross is my favorite singer of all-time, but I don't like that concert he did singing live at Royal Albert Hall from 1994, and that's a concert I would never watch with him singing because of his look appearance and some of the songs I don't like, and that song "Endless Love" with Luther singing a duet with Mariah Carey is one of the songs I don't like. But I do like the concert with Luther singing live at Wembley from 1989, and to me that's more of a better concert to watch with him singing, and that's the one I would stick with watching. And I do have that 1989 live performance with Luther Vandross singing live at Wembley on video tape and would watch it every now and then. From that 1989 live performance at Wembley, it even shows Kevin Owens singing background vocals with Luther live on stage as well.

Hi Kevin I was a massive fan of Luther vandross and his great backing vocalists He was the best ever I’m travelling over to New York this late November with my wife and grandchildren to scatter my stepdaughters ashes as she loved New York Would it be possible to meet yourself for a bit of food and chat to give me an overview with your life with Luther I shall be over in New York for 1 week as travelling from Scotland
