Legendary Soviet shish kebab - Russian Shashlik

The season of shish kebab is open, and therefore I suggest you ponostalgirovat and remember all the good tasty! Today we have a recipe for a legendary Soviet pork shish kebab with vinegar and onions. The marinade is Soviet in style and is accessible to everyone:
- 500 gr. pork neck
- half an onion
- 100 ml. water
- tablespoon of acetic essence 70%
- half a teaspoon of black pepper
- half a tablespoon of salt
This number of ingredients is enough for 2 people to eat, One straight to eat. Prepare for the company more - simply proportionally multiply the number of components.
The most important thing is not to overdo the meat in the marinade !! No more than 3 hours - the meat "will burn" in the vinegar. Ideally, a 1.5-2 hours.
