The way it works is Snivy takes in the solar radiation and pollution (The poison I was speaking of) out of the atmosphere and stores it. The second turn is her emiting a pollen like substance into the air to lower the other Pokemons Accuracy, Speed, Attack, Defense, and Evasivness. Then, the third and final turn shows Snivy emiting a Seed Flare-like effect and blasting a green, yellow, and violet beam at the opponent.
