Actually, apparently in MOo8996cz's Legendaries from Construct series shows that Groudon from SurvivorMurks' Legendary Time is Dialga's and Palkia's Nephew. They are using Groudon's car to chase down Justin Bieber because there is still a Legendaries from Construct to be made, episode 6, part 3. So thats why Groudon had to use Deoxys' truck o:
