I did this years ago when I found out you can solo the blood infusion with alts. I found a random wow video of this guy who knew this solo blood infusion method. Great guide by the way.

I was stuck at Blood Infusion, I just tried it the way you described and it took a few tries (one time one of my twinks got mindcontrolled, i guess I had the timing wrong) but I did it! Up to the 50 Shards! Thank you so much!

The blood infusion trick worked for me when I did it about a year or two ago. The biggest pain is the shards at the end. I think it took me 6 weeks to get them all. You'll get 4-6 per week (usually.) I've been trying to decide if I want to go through it all again. Getting it the first time felt great, but I think getting it again would seem flat. The weapon is beautiful and I wish the soul eating effect would still be seen when you transmog you weapon to Shadowmourne.

I did it a few years ago on old guides (that were terribly low rez) but this one is very good - Blood Infusion of course being the most complicated bit. All I would say is that to load as fast as possible, disable as many add-ons as possible, until you get through to Frost as the alt-twink dancing can be a nightmare. Edited because I cannot type.

Tipp for the adds and Bosses: There is a Ingi Item called „EZ Throw Dynamite“ which u can buy at the AH (or Variants of Low Lvl Explosives but i use these) for very small money and which u can use to dmg the npc‘s in the Raid without killing them. U dont need to have the Ingi Profession, u can use it with every Char. Helped me alot and i dont have to make my Paladin naked.

Im in the middle of the quest chain right now, on the blood infusion step currently. I have a friend i play with often but i also would rather have 2 more guys to do this with honestly. My brain hurt from using the disconnect thing lol.

I just think blizz should already at this point make that blood part really soloable without logging into million characters because I'm still stuck on blood infusion part since BFA lol never finished the shadowmourne questchain because don't have enough people to help and that logging on off SUCKS I talked to some random people they also have the same thing haven't finished because of blood crap part

the original quest was alot more than 50 souls. God that was a grind😱.

Originally it was 500 or even 1000, I am not quite sure. They changed it at some point to make it easier since you need to apply the buff and all that (But they can‘t make the Blood Infusion Quest easier 👀)

If you have any trinkets, weapons or enchanted items that can proc damage, unequip them and only target yourself while doing the Quest :)

I tried to solo the fight but it just wouldn't work, I got disconnected before being able to do anything. Tried multiple times and then went back to the good old method of bringing two friends. Lol

i cant get putricide to go to the table im level 80 do i take everything off will i one shot the boss at level 80. i cant seem to get the infusion to work either its not lit up like yours

Putricide does not have to go to the table, you don‘t need to attack him at all

Just gave it a try, I bit my first twink, then while waiting for the second mind control she flew into the middle of the room and did that attack that she's doing at 5:28 of the video, then she died.

She died? To what did she die? Did you have an trinkets equipped that could proc and deal damage?

@@GarroshTV Possibly on my twink? My main got naked. Just took a look through all four characters and didn't see any trinkets that would do that. Guess I'll try again on tuesday with everybody naked. Are there any talents on Retribution Paladin or Marksman Hunter that deal auto damage that I might not be aware of? Those were the active characters at the time.

I just had a similar situation, while trying something out. My Warrior has the "Sanctified Steps" boots, which charge up while taking damage and then unleash the damage when moving. Since her ability is also a fear, perhaps this got triggered, in case your paladin also has those boots

I'm having difficulties getting that buff on Lana'thel as my death knight, as none of my non-damaging abilities seem to have any affect on her. Any recommendations? EDIT: I did some experimenting and answered my own question. Blood DK has a talent for an ability named "Mark of Blood" that works just fine. Thank you for helping me move on to the next step of my spooky axe journey!

I've tried this method several times with no success. Even when I can switch fast enough to get the twinks in the room, I never get the action bar to bite them. No idea what I'm doing wrong.

@@Vidious808 I've been doing that questline for a couple months and I can easily say it's near impossible to solo it. At one point you have to do a bunch of specific things during the boss fights and even with a friend of mine using a low-level character it was very painful. I would recommend doing it, but when you get to the part requiring special actions during the boss fights, bring someone around level 45 to help you. Outside of that part of the questline, I'd say you can solo about everything else.

I dont know if its a known bug i got the shadowmourne way back in MoP. One guy helped me and the payment was the mount and toys Somehow I got the toys, the mount and the tabard skin (not the actual tabard, neithet the Jaina portal thing) But i do have the toys and the mount even when i trade them away! Any info on this?

It is but it works the alternative is if you have three friends who will do it with you. It is really the only one you need other people to do.

Tusks of Mannoroth, pretty hard to get, can be looted from Garrosh Hellscream in the Siege if Orgrimmar Raid on Heroic or Mythic with a chance of 0.3%
