I think the red tape on the pack means it was towards the end of the wrapper roll. I’ve had a couple pokemon booster packs with the same thing and that’s been the reason.

It's not a mistake. Check the numbering again. One of them is to 175 and one of them is to 199. It's just a different parallel. It's on purpose.

How much for a box? And what’s the most expensive card in the set?

They are $250. I have one or two for sale if you’re interested. The biggest cards are the 1/1s which can go for hundreds to over $1000.
