This doc actually isn’t fully true about James butler Hickok. He fought in the civil war in the west dealing with native Americans. He met custard and his wife. Also the incidents William Cody was at a campsite around a fire. Didn’t happen during the day and Cody is also a two time medal of horror recipient during the Indian wars. Another thing I had a problem with is rock creek because hickok was seeing a lady their that’s why he was there. This documentary is misleading and lied about a lot of facts. Also Hickok wasn’t branded a pistolar until after the Ned tutt shoot out. That’s where while bill became famous

See America nearly all went to sh*t when they broke away from the British Empire, the brutal civil war and then a free for all land grab, as the colonies moved ever further inland from the East coast. There was no law and order in some areas and fierce battles with the native American Indians and the Mexicans in the South...but luckily it all worked out well in the end 😆😁 I was sitting in the UK looking at the east coast of USA yesterday using a space satellite camera and was astonished at how many places are named after towns and cities in England..I spotted over a dozen English towns and city names in just a small area stretching from Boston to New York...Manchester, Worcester etc. Then I looked at the Statue of Liberty and could see all around it from the space satellite it's sheer size and scale is astonishing, cars could be seen nearby on a road and look like ants next to an elephant! How the heck did the French get that statue over the Atlantic, in small sections I guess and then assembled it in USA?

Wild Bill was a gun control advocate. He worked as a law man in a town where he insisted that guns could not be carried within the town limits. This was a common law in many towns in the old west because it was common knowledge, and common sense, that the carrying of firearms led to higher incidents of gun violence. People were smarter about gun control then. Wild Bill, in the end, was a victim of being in a place that didn’t restrict the open carry of firearms. But we choose to ignore the lessons of the past for the misplaced reasoning of the modern gun lobby and so the mass shooter scourge just keeps happening.
