I rember crying when I was younger because I thot I could not be a hockey player ...... because I was 18 in house leauge still .... 1 year of SHA after 4 years I think of trying out for it .... mabe I played saleked hockey tho ... all I know was I loved it from day 1 in Montreal playing out side and in my home ... befor I got riped out of it because of my parints fighting and stuff ... 😢

They’re deleted off KZbin but I wish a streaming service would pick up these old episodes

So after failing to find much online outside of a few full episodes hidden on Facebook, I decided to try contacting one of the original Legends of Hockey uploaders, Swiss Habs, who so graciously shared with me a link to a Dropbox he still had access to containing all of the episodes he had available for download. I tried uploading a link to a Google Drive with them to another comment on this video comment section, but it seems KZbin won't allow my comment with a link, but know that these are thankfully most certainly not lost in its entirety as I feared it was. Still trying to find a way to get these uploaded publicly on a non-KZbin site (since they get automatically taken down now), but at least take solace in knowing I was able to get them and I do plan on getting them uploaded somewhere for all to view soon.

Someone uploaded them again! By one channel, George Glass. Or at least the first season is up, the 1996 one. I honestly like the older episodes more, a lot more spotlights on the early years.

I absolutely agree, I grew up watching these on KZbin and as a massive hockey fan I miss them dearly. It's not much, but I recently came across the series 1 and 2 of this wonderful docu-series (series 1 on DVD and series 2 on VHS). I uploaded series 2 and as of the time of this writing I am working on uploading the DVD's for series 1 very soon as well, so hopefully by the time you or anyone else reads this comment, it will be uploaded and available to watch. The presentation is slightly different, since it doesn't contain this epic intro narrated by this person, but rather someone else, who does a fine job in his own right. Other than that, it's pretty much the same (except for the part involving Mario Lemieux, since this was before he unretired in 2000, where it simply ends the video off with him retired as an owner). In any case, I'm still on the lookout for any episodes online I can find of the series as it was released by the Biography Channel, and hopefully one day I can amass all of them and release for us all to see again! Here's to hoping it's sooner rather than later...

So, as I mentioned in a comment above, I was able to come in contact with Swiss Habs, who was one of the original Legends of Hockey uploaders on KZbin I remembered, and thankfully he so graciously sent me a link to a Dropbox account that he still had access to with all of the Legends of Hockey episodes he had in their entirety. I'm uploading them onto the Internet Archive for preservation purposes, and although I cannot upload them on KZbin anymore because they're blacklisted by KZbin now from being uploaded, I do plan on finding out some public site to share them all for people to view as well now that I can to spread the joy of viewing these for everyone else like me who enjoys these

Click one of my most recent Legends of Hockey videos, and in the description and comment section, there is a link I posted to an Internet Archive link from my account where I uploaded the 21 Legends of Hockey episodes I had at my disposal for all to view. Hope you and anyone else enjoy it!
