Legends of Runeterra - Patch Where

If every party is a cloud drake party, and a cloud drake party is a eddy party, why no cloud drake nerf?
Literally just the one lynch pin card that needed a change to fix an entire archetype, and actually make Elder Dragon interesting.
Without this change you just substitute the nerfed cards for new six drops, and spam those out with cloud drake instead.
Kind dumb new riot Director, old Director would know that.

Again the last director gave us amazing changes like new Vlad, new Katarina, new Garen. This new director can't nerf the one broken card in an archetype but instead picks on the three auxiliaries that can easily be swapped out due to the runeterra region ability. It's on the card son cloud drake can be played along any six drops it wants in the cloud drake (I mean eddy deck)
