will it be like The Oyster Bar, Grand Central Station, NYC. Their pan roast selections are mixed seafood or a selected choice. For me I love the scallop pan roast.

From a thumbnail it looks like the chef hammered that ribeye that has to be medium well. Oh well maybe that's what the customer wanted but that's a good way to dry out a good cut of beef and make it tough. As a side note, does anybody know if highway 95 that connects Reno to Vegas has a bunch of electric charging stations for electric vehicles? I've been trying to figure that out but I haven't run into much success.

I definitely would not recommend the steak here. I haven't gone up to Reno since before Electric cars. There are a lot of small towns and nothing in between them. I wouldn't bet on Electric charging stations. But I don't know.

There is a pandemic... so prices have gone up at a lot of places. Also... it is seafood man. Unless you cook it at home, seafood at restaurants will be what it is. But there are a lot more expensive places for seafood in Vegas. To really know... you have to compare with around restaurants in the Las Vegas Valley. Happy hunting!

Its $25 for the Ribeye PLUS Market Price for the lobster... so around $55 to $65. This video was more than 8 months ago. Prices have gone up since then.

You can call then and ask. Every restaurant has their own regulations. Why better than Oyster bar at Palace Station or other Vegas seafood venues?

Very good point. Palace Station Pan Roast is FAMOUS! So it depends on a few different things. Palace Station is super busy and hard to get into ... with VERY LIMITED SEATING. And the menu options... some places have more items... such as lamb chops, ribeue steak, beef stroganoff, linguine with clams, fish & chips, butterflied shrimp, steamed clams, calamari, jambalaya, Cajun seafood boil, etc. So it just depends on what you're looking for.
