If you know beef, they’re all grain fed in stores. It’s basically sugar for them. Some are grass fed, grain finished to fatten them up. Fewer are 100% grass fed since it takes a lot longer to raise them. The butter comes from grass fed beef.

All these white folk are saying thank you left and right with the garlic or pepper advice but that’s missing way more seasoning than just butter garlic and pepper.

Everyone has their preferences culturally I have found out. I enjoy the taste of the lobster just in butter. Sometimes it’s nice to add seasoning. All are good.

Mixing butter and oil does not change the burn point. That's a myth. Use clarified butter which can go to 450
@TheUrbanHunter.
@TheUrbanHunter. 11 ай бұрын
If you cook regular butter, it burns quickly. If you cook oil, it has a lot higher burning point. If you mix the two it definitely makes a difference. I’ve never used clarified butter so I can’t speak to that.

Grass-fed butter is not a real thing dude... It's butter all cows eat grass, some also eat grass and hay which is also a grass, some may even eat corn feed... But it's all just butter! You are not tasting a grass-fed cow, you are tasting a seasoned butter!

Just depends how big your tails are. These ones are average size (4-6 oz) and need give or take 2 mins total. As long as the meat is white you’re good. If it’s clear still it’s raw.
