Great deck, I made just 1 small change - switched 2 swamps with 2 The Three Tree City, which actually helped me with the very first game that I tried - I stole Caretakers talent with Tinybones and was able to level it up thanks to the white mana from the tree.

I would say Baron would be more of a sideboard card for the scenario's you listed. This deck really feels like it needs card draw or additional graveyard recursion to make it work though the current batch of grindy decks though the latter tends to be a nonbo with kaervak. I'd probably throw a annex is probably the best draw that is on the aggro plan since the list already likes soulstone sanctuary. For recursion I'd probably reach for the Vat of Rebirth since it is quite easy build up those 4 oil counters with all the skeletons that self recur in addition to part where Gisa nearly fills it herself so long as you have Tinybones Joins Up in play. Although leaning heavier into the crimes with some mixture of Bat, Kaervak, and Vadmir New Blood would probably also be acceptable.

Hey so I'm new to arena and magic in general, if I wanted to adjust this deck for bo3 as well does anyone have suggestions for the list or a direction to point me in for a variant that would work for bo3? Sideboards and stuff are still new to me. Great list btw a variant of this was my first ever craft and I love the additions!

You want to try and cover a wide range of matchups. Duress and other discard spells for combo and control matchups. More cheap removal for aggro decks, maybe even a sweeper or two for go-wide decks. Can also add some more graveyard hate for reanimator decks. With the remaining slots I would look to improve the midrange/control matchups by adding some card draw enchantments and other card types that are more difficult to interact with. Looking at sideboards from other decklists playing black can give you some good inspiration!
