I have arrived here.... because of your collaboration with Trio Mandili. I am, in fact, an old man from over the sea - since I sit warmly and comfortably in New York. As I listened to your lovely song, I'd hoped that there'd be some redemption for the old man. Perhaps a bit of a plot twist, where he turned out to be a relative, but it was not the case. Well there you go. In any case, I shall have to check out the rest of your repertoire.

Well, not every old man from over the sea is the same. With old folk music there are always a lot of versions of the song floating around, maybe there is a version where he gets some redemption, we just haven’t found it yet!

@@legiana_collective oh, I am definately staying tuned, I love the core philosophy of what you do, well what I assume (and read) that is the core philosophy of your ensemble... play with the different harmonies of the sounds including voices.. goesm ore into a powerful dynamic scheme, reminds me more of punk, raw but modern approach to folk song orchestration.. do you know the canadian band The dreadnoughts? or the russian Ottava Yo? What about Leslie Fsh and her filk universe sci-fi folk ? I am just giving you ideas about songs. cheers from greece
