Thank you so much for this video... Was having so much trouble with this no hit boss, but with your tactics it was much easier. Still I think this is one of the hardest bosses in the game.

Just solo’d this on nightmare. Was using a +7 deceit but once I saw you using the huntermaster i equipped my +9 one with hotshot and deadly calm and it helped a bunch! Primary lvl 10 hunters mark and lvl 10 medic wellspring. It was still tough but this vid def helped. Man I love this game

I am only level six as the challenger. It seems woefully underpowered for this boss even on easy mode but I don’t know how to move forward unless I beat it.

I don't think we're playing the same game at times lol. You're getting like 1 or 2 enemies in front of you, yet I get 4 spawning behind me (from the same location) to the point where I'm only able to fight adds the entire time. EDIT: I also just realized I rolled thick skin and elemental resist, which just made this fight impossible, I'll need to reroll campaign because of it. Using +10 deceit with hunter/gunslinger, maxing out weakspot damage after proc'n Ouroboros, it doesn't even take down 1/10th of his health. EDIT2: Gross, I cleared it but it was the lamest possible way, handler/summoner, just bleed with merciless, then focus on adds until bleed wears off, reapply.

This guy on Regenerator makes dot damage almost mandatory haha It's not even that it's a hard fight but there's just so much going on that you have to be careful of. I've noticed that upon killing adds too, you have to make a mental note of where they were killed at because they'll get revived into crawly-explodey guys.

@@Esoterickk Mother Mind. namely because when shes breaking a platform, if her goo is on the field you are forced to take unfair damage if she starts breaking a platform. which means you will have to wait it out which i find to be a bit bad? its not unfair in the sense its impossible to no-hit, just that it forces you to wait which is kinda bleh.

@@octogorb9853you can avoid damage during that fight. You have to leave the platform before she slams down. Then also making sure to look up or keep an eye on where smaller rocks fall indicating where debree that hurts you will fall. Alllllso while avoiding the rot pools or whatever on the floor that she shoots out. But eso can do it if not already. Lol

Top job! How is everyone getting these cool swords and guns? Level 17 and barely no sweet swords or guns in crafting and in game. It seems like I have every ring though!

the sword is from the Corrupter in Yaesha when you do the alternative kill method. most of the cooler weapons and armors are hidden behind obscure puzzles, fake walls etc

It's definitely happening. You can see him look at the boss along the wall to see when the wave is coming. Also a lot of his Dodges are neutral Dodges so they are very short compared to a rolling Dodge.

My bad he is doing rolling dodges. I thought he was mixing it up with the shorter ones from time to time. Look at the 4:23 mark. He's not even looking at the boss but you can hear a specific sound before the boss sends the wave. Those are some skills to dodge that wave without even seeing it coming. Either that or some type of cheating mod I don't know. Looks to me like he's just dominating the boss. It's really not that difficult. You see the devs added ads just to make the boss a little tuffer.

@@RobK-rl6sn Yeah I finally beat this, but every time I dodged it i still got a roll. I'm wondering whats going on at like 1:08 where you dont see the roll but he takes no damage and is stunned. Thanks for the long reply! I love this game so far
