@@kamenridertheblueknight5313 there are people who tend to make custom pieces for these kinds of games. Additionally, one could *probably* figure out how to mold these on the sprue and make their own type of plastic version in things like a clear blue.

I think the fact that you're able to place the blaster through one of the shields shows the detail and dedication put into these miniatures. The easy thing to do would have been to just make all the shields one solid piece, but adding that little extra piece of detail sells the whole thing.

They’ve got the spindly droid body of the B1’s but with the easy of assembly that the B2’s have. I’m a fan. They did a good job with these ones.

Try humbrol maskol or liquid mask. It is used for clear parts on models such as aircraft canopies. Should work on the shields.

Vallejo makes a liquid mask product that you apply like paint; so you could assemble is, use the liquid mask, then prime the mini, detail, etc, then just peal it off :)

It's just like the Rebel Commandos and the Scout Troopers. These are a similar type of release.

Hopefully the glue will not fog up the shields. Always had trouble with clear plastic.

Or you could mask the shield parts before priming. There will be a good number of vids on YT that will step you through it I would think. Applying glue to a part of mini that is already painted can cause issues. And some glues can generate frosting on clear parts, not sure what they will do to the shields.
