Again, I don’t play Legion, but Palpatine just seems nasty. Any Rebel player that sees their opponent set out the Emperor should be shaking in their boots.

Picked him and the guard up on Friday as well while playing a Legion game at a local store. My opponent bought them as well, quickly glued them together and fielded them. The Emperor did nothing until the very end, where he was able to close with two rebel corps units and use his one pip card and completely wipe out one unit and maul the other down to two minis.

Really happy improvised orders is with him because Veers wants that so bad. And it does reset itself. It’s once per turn basically.
