I *REALLY* enjoy the snowball effect in this soundtrack. It describes the incoming danger, the growing evil which begins like something small, insignificant... even cute, maybe. But then it grows into something more and more terrifying until it reveals it's true face, leaving no chance of survival. Mmmmm... Perfection!

I have to agree it sure does show a incoming danger, at first it starts innocent and sweet like, just like a angel but deep down the cover this little filly has bad intentions, very deep ones, true intention just for power really suits them! ^^ It starts small and innocent but slowly and creeping till it unleashes its true intention into the world, and nobody and nopony has the chance to escape till all the magic is gone and she can rule over the Equestria as queen! >:3

This is honestly perfect, and to tell you the truth Cozy Glow is my favorite villain, why? Because she was able to get rid of almost the entirety of magic in Equestria, and she was a simple Pegasus child. If she could do all this at such a young age, imagine what horrors she could unleash as an adult. She's definitely an interesting villain when you view her motives and her power and realize how much more twisted they may become

What I can only assume to be little bell chimes adds in the youth and mask of innocence Cozy always wears, the trumpets I assume shows just how much of a threat she can be, and how conniving the little devil is. The strings and percussion, shows she doesn't need power, that she can take advantage of all assets all the while none are the wiser to her intentions. A great track from our Jyc, one that I really enjoyed listening to.

@@scorpion40k i don't really think so. The joker was a man with a plan, but no ambition of being the one controlling it all, neither was power his motive. Cozy was ultimately just "trying to take over the world" and not even in a destructive way (at least as far as i see, if her plan worked with the 6, she would've run into problems later down the line i presume which still could make her go destructive), but she tried to get in power by befriending/bribing which is way better than what for example sombra tried in the timetravelling episode. She's more like brain without pinky. The schemes would've worked but there were outside factors which she were aware of but underestimated/didn't calculate

Cozy is my favorite villain from the show, not least of which because, intentionally or not, the writers created a character that matches almost perfectly with the psychological archetype of a psychopath. Cunning, self-centered, lacking any sense of empathy or remorse and a master manipulator.

Till it gets you and will not let you Go. Almost like You are the Flies in their web of Lies. And You Fall for my Master Plan! At first soft and gentle, then slowly becoming suspicious and creepier, then becomes loud and chaotic once it gets you in its Web of no Escape. She's definitely the Definition of Pure Evil. Ever since S8, I had a strong disliking of Cozy Glow. Why, because she didn’t make a good impression on me as a villain. Like Tirek said in “Frenemies”, she was more “annoying” rather than cute in my opinion. However, in S9 she started to grow on me little by little as a comedic type of villain and I liked how she was written in those S9 episodes. Cozy may not be among my favorite Equestrian baddies, but I respect her. As for her theme, I think it’s great! It captures the unsettling vibe from her and proves that she’s a devious little imp. Excellent job on you and Elias’ parts in the making of this track!

When I heard ðe horns blaring þrough ðe music box melody, I immediately þought of ðe music box æs ðe childish façade & ðe horns æs her true demon showing þrough ðe cræcks. Once she’s found out, ðe music box goes away for a bit before coming bæck, showing ðæt ðe Child isn’t entirely a façade. Plus, ðæt melody æt ðe end is just _glorious_ to listen to. Ðis one’s going on my Hallow’s Eve playlist from here on, I’m certain of it!

This sounds really good, especially a battle theme for one the greatest and darkest MLP villains of all time! Apparently, Cozy Glow is one of the worst characters in the show for revealing her true colors, remorselessly committing treason, and plotting to conquer Equestria at the Season 8 Finale. And yes, she did deserve to be turned into stone with Tirek and Chrysalis for all of their crimes.

Yeah exactly. Maybe if we would have some backstory about her we could see why she is evil. Perhaps she has a terrible childhood that traumatized her til her mind got corrupted and became a child with psychopath mentality. I guess the fans has to make fanfics that explain deep about her.

I actually interpreted the big brass and drum sections not as Cozy, but as Tirek. After all, before Cozy was Twilight’s student, she was Tirek’s. I actually wrote a backstory for her with a pacing that was heavily inspired by this tune. www.fimfiction.net/story/465888/cozy-glow-fiendship-is-magic
