To add to this; this will essentially be *replacing* Monster Life, so the level of your Monster Life Farm does carry over to Union Artifacts. So, you can technically get a head start on this if you level up for Monster Life Farm. To give you an idea, if you're Monster Life Farm is at Max Level (Lv. 40), your Union Artifacts will be at Lv. 16. So instead of starting out with 3 Crystals, you'll start out with 4.

thankfully the “decay” simply “locks” the crystals till you pay sufficient AP to reactivate them again, the crystals themselves along with the stats would not reset to zero or completely disappear

im terrible at math.. i tried to think about this but i dont know the optimal solution to my question which is: how many stats can we max out with 9 crystals? is it 12 and then 3 of the remaining ones would be at level 5? or is there a better soltuion?

13 maxed out and 1 on level 5. on the last 3 you do the following: ABC ABD CDE, so you can max 4 with 3 crystals.

do u need to get to lvl 60 every week or once u get it its locked?

Level 60 is perma, you just need to keep doing dailies/weeklies just to continue getting Points to "refresh" your crystals durations. Since they only last 30 days.
