yess 21 absos are just better than 19* arcanes in every way for a mule imo. i finished 21* absos on my night walker within 2-3 weeks of making it because you can fodder 21* lvl 150 into it then tap 20-21. 19* arcanes would take months to get spares for, especially for a fresh character with 0 boss droplets (1 month to buy a single armor when u need 4+) unless you are lucky and not to mention party bossing takes more time. i did end up going 21* arcanes on my DS to try out abso vs arcane but honestly i dont think that 10% fd gain for 100b on each character is worth it right now

honestly it's kind of hard since khali's cd management is like cadena's where your combo changes depending on which skills are up, but split > blitz, sweep > blitz or down void rush, split off cd are usually what i default to. there are like 10 other combinations that can be used and it's muscle memory but all i can really do is suggest some sample combos and you try to test out which ones you like!
