1:49 you need at least 1 debuff on ALL 3 of your units in the battlefield to get the heaven and earth buff with the rank up. Each debuff cleansed gives 1 energy of darkness, and meli cleanses 1 debuff each turn from each of your allies.

I think he meant since he already had 3 stacks from his turn, one debuff on anyone in the team gets him the fourth stack -> heaven and earth

I think he just worded it wrong, because you only get 1 stack of the balls (energy of darkness) if you attack an enemy with 3 seed of demise, which you can do by attacking 3 times in your turn. THEN, if your entire team has at least 1 debuff, not just one unit on your team, your meli cleanses 3 debuffs which gives you 3 balls, resulting in the heaven and earth buff.

@@gumbo909 He already had the 3 before cleasing, so he'd only need one more, which he gets by cleasing the one debuff on the character with disable.

Dian might be worth while if you want super mega damage reduction. 40% from Dian, 30% from Merlin in the back, and 20% from ban, for a grand total of 90% damage reduction. You'll also be getting a nice damage Bost from dians relic. Biggest problem is melis cancel stance

Well hopefully you do get him. But for sure we are gonna get shafted hard. I remember when the ONE ultimate came out, I went through 3 full 900 gems rotations and only got 3 copies of him at the 900 mark. 😂😂😂 I got shafted hard.

Have you thought about Diane with Merlin front with MELI and then ragnarock ban in the back that’s way you have decent CC cause of the brawler ban holy relic plus he gives MELI more dmg?

13:20 ... dunno man, after the whole "top whale tournament" in which some teams were just crack just took my sense of awe when I face people like this one. Actually makes me fear them more. Fear the unknown(do not confuse with race, but the word itself. Man is biggest fear is unknown or yayaya etc) meta.

Im not too much of a fan of DK-Meli. It might be with how complicated the wording is on his kit or it could be that getting the 50% attack related stats is a bit of a chore if there are no debuffs on u. And with purg meli's passive being so much simpler and to the point (and honestly better), its a bit of a jump to handle.

after seeing it in action, its actually quite simple to get the 50% buff, 3 ways in fact. you can use AOE cards to get all the enemies have 3 stacks of seed of demise and you'd get your self 3 dark orbs attack onces and your ready to go. in a meta with demons, there is someone who is bound to use debuffs so Meli still can take it to advantage and remove and stack right away. and even if you dont get your dark orbs, your ult can supply you with some so you can get to the 50% buff in every point.

T1U is in the same situation as tyr in this meta Against goddesses and other Melis his attacks tickle And against unknown not only does he not Hit hard enough but he gets evaporated by Hel and Albedo

Hey Nag! I know this vid is like, 5 months old, but. i am having trouble picking between this merlins holy relic, and Roxy Vengeful blades holy relic.I only have enough materials for 1😅 both 1 out of 6 lol. i have the op UR sins team in the game right now, and lr liz 1 out of 6. in the recent tier list, i heard you say that we can also use this merlin in the back instead of lr liz, for the basic stats. But i wanna pick the roxy relic to help with the deer demonic beast haha. Which one do you think i should pick please?

@AmirOthman- yea. I needed duplicate getting it. Now, Liz weapon is good bc it stacks with goddesses and 7ds, but as far as raw stats and damage mitigation I think merlins is the better choice. Grant it I've been gone consistently for about 3 years, but since I've come bacc and started getting back to it, what merlin lacks in adaptability for multiple teams, she more than picks up for stats mitigation and extra damage for 7ds teams

@YalSayAnythingOnAlGoreInternet Exacly! I've also been playing for quite a while, but i have quit multiple times lol. So I'm still missing some heroes like Purgatory Meli and Gelda. I've also been super unlucky with some draws, like 750 for Arthurs banner and still not getting him☠️so I can't really make a good human team eventhough I somehow got Percival😪 but as far Lr Liz goes, I just got her to 4/6 from the Sabunak draw. Merlin still at 2/6 tho. But I just gave them both hp/def gear and alternate every once in a while because I don't know who's the better back unit at the end of the day😅 what do you think?

Try new meli merlin queen diane with red skinny king in back. Give Meli beserk esta link to remove buffs and merlin green sariel link for more debuff.

@@Batholomeos I think i have an opinion on this. My opinion base on your pity. Low pity dont pull, high pity near 900 then pull 1. If u have a solid goddes team (except Mael), such as margaret and tristan for sub. I think u should do for Mael. Remember ur pity, too low=dont pull. 2. If u have more solid demon team, such as DK Zeldris, esstarosa, demon form cusack or chandler for sub then go for Meli. Meli is more flexible than Mael. Because u can place him in Demon team or 7ds team.

i honestly like meli w sins team more than demon... also cause dk is freaking cringe n also using the meli/king/ban/merlin sins team, u have 4 different race so it make true awakening easier as they all use different crystal.. compare to a full demon team where u would end up needing 400 demon crystals.. so i think it would definitely be the first 4 char i true awaken n the team imma run
