I've used all of these methods one time or another, but you didn't mention my favorite for getting nanites. Farming curious deposits for runaway mold. (If I need nanites and units, ship scrapping is great-especially for the storage augmentations!) When I find a nice sized batch of curious deposits I build a small base(just some walls, teleporter, save point and refiners) around it and farm the heck out of it. I just discovered and subscribed to your channel very recently, and even though I have well over 1000 hours in the game your videos have been entertaining and informative!

got over 100k in a day of playing with this ethod. by far the best. if you can find two curious deposits you can just teleport between them and they respawn every time you leave the atmosphere or go through a portal.

Just go to any Outlaw starbase. Buy illegal tech and weapons goods packets, and Hadal Cores. All of them. Refine the Hadal cores. Open the packages. Then sell all those X modifications from the packets to the vendor You'll get about 5-7k nanites in about 30 second. Easy Peasy.

actually outlaw stations are fantastic for nanites. They sell the suspicius packets (arms) and (tech) that have a very high chance of dropping X upgrades worth a little bit over 300 nanites when opened. they maybe have like 5 - 12 packets in stock tech and arms one combined. ofc when you have bought all of them it takes a while before they get restocked but just portal to an other outlaw station and buy all their packets there as well and sell the upgrades you get from them to the tech vendor guy and no the the next and the next and... So yea this will cost some credits to do but not nearly as much as scrapping ships and considering you can just go from station to station this might be one of the fastest ways tbh.

Funny how i figured out the salvaged glass without watching any videos. Im sadistic in taking these sentinals out by the gravitino ball building loads. Tip for those doing that building. The square building around the area has a hidden loot case right under it. Use terrain manipulator and find it. I accidently discovered this while trying to hide from sentinals

In the outlaw stations (systems with Atlas) you can buy stuff like mold and Hadal cores that are easly converted do good amounts of nanites. Warp in, buy, warp out, few min later they restock.

what i do is buy suspicious tech and weapons packs from pirate stations, open them, then trade all of it for nanites at regulated stations. Its basically buying nanites with units and the pirate vendors get their stock back so fast you only need like 3 pirate bases to endlessly purchase however many nanites you need in a few minutes. You just need money which is easy to farm using any of the numerous stasis/gas/mineral farm bases that everyone already knows about.

I can't believe you missed the easiest way, at least for who has units. I have at this moment 538,000 Nanites. Go to an Outlaw station and buy Arms or Tech packs, unpack it and sell right there. Almost 4000 Nanite per sale. Reload, rinse and repeat.

Pro tip on the sentinels get the cloaking device for your multi tool and build a base and use the wooden floor on a wide area and also go to an aggressive sentinel planet as you get two parymid summoners at a time also go invis when you reload and only shoot one then reload ez

Honestly with larval core farming, as long as the monsters aren't in your field of view, their attacks won't deal any damage to you.... though they might send you flying into the air.

If you find courious deposits you can farm those for runaway mold as well, abt 20-30k nanites per hour

You can have up to 3 forbidden mods (salvage glass mods) in addition to the max number of S class mods. On switch a high stat roll is usually between one and the first 6 that you open. After that it seems to be a bit random.

Best way, find the stone balls called curious deposits. Build a base around them. Kill all 15 or so and you get 9;999 moulds which refine down to 1999 Nantes. Warp out, warp in and the respawn for another 2k nanites. Can get 50k nanites in about 30 minutes or less if you ma x out the amount of refineries in base.

Super easy way to farm Sentinels is luring them to a building. they don't shoot you while you're inside the building, but you can shoot out. it's pretty safe I find.

I get nanites by using a Teleport portal between all the outlaw stations I've visited and I buy out all the suspicious packet stock, gets me around 40,000 nanites per 10 million spent on packets

I prefer exploring planets and then just uploading the discoveries for nanites. Otherwise the game just gets so easy so quickly.

THIS is the easiest way to get nanites that I've found. Go to the abandoned building. Go to the terminal. Click on it to collect your nanites. Then, click on it again. I'll give you the same number of nanites. Click again. More nanites. Keep clicking and you'll get as many nanites as you want. The only cost is time. Sometimes it even gives you double nanites. Might be a bug, so get going while the going is good and it's fixed.

In my experience scrapping ships doubles your money. I spend 2 mill on a ship and I scrap it for 4 mill but of course that's just buying it outright.

There is tainted metal to refine but you need stacks. Its a 1:2 ratio. Every what 2000 tainted metal refines into 4095 nanites. I do recommend getting some T-metal and just duping the hell out of it then refine it, the down side is it takes 12 minutes to refine.

You can install 3 bought/found, 3 illegal (pirate), 3 sentinel and all the crafted ones - so buy all tech recipes on space station and space anomaly and craft them.

Hey I have a super crazy question. The base in the beginning of the video… did you find that base and claim it? I’m asking because a long time ago on the Xbox (I’ve moved to PC new account) I made a base with the exact same materials of the exact same dimensions, in that exact way in front of a portal exactly the way that building is built and the planet looked the exact same. I remember that before I left for my last deployment and I sold my Xbox, I realized I left my base open to edit and never knew I was supposed to lock edits to myself only when I uploaded it. If you did find this base and claimed it for yourself, I’m not angry, I just think it would be INSANELY cool if that happened. If it’s true it would be a mind blowing coincidence to find it this way. Iteration: Cronus. That is the easiest way for nanites, You just need a base need some gamma roots and a four gamma root plot. I have one and four gamma plots. Exocraft to kill for the meat and end up making herb encrusted meat. I have made 50k Nanites in half an hour or so. Yes it is boring, but it is easy mode for noobs. The gamma root is for the steamed vegetables > flavoursome sauce to go with the mystery meat = Herb encrusted meat. The other methods you posted seem tedious and take too long. He is the food taster at the anomaly station. No threats or harm for newbies.
