@NonsenseWars , I know you put your engine intructions on rebrickable. Would you put one up separate of the bogies and drive train connected with the batteries separately? I wonder how that setup would work inside your Amtrak Seimens SC-44. I know you had been having problems with powering that engine.

I' just wondering, have you ever thought about trying to build any Schnabels, or do you think those would be WAAAAY too big for Lego?

At least the really big Schnabels are probably too big to be _practical_ but they're certainly possible, and perhaps not even that complicated. Schnabels are naturally built on tiers of bolstered small bogies, so it should be relatively easy to make something that'll go around curves - even tight ones - as long as the track geometry permits (ie you can't have a 180 degree R40 turn when the pivot to pivot distance on your Schnabel is more than 80 studs) You'll have a fun time transporting it and setting it up, though, and it'll eat up all of your wheels too! That being said, while associate Schnabels with the biggest ones, there are smaller variants that might be more practical to build.

As far as I know, Amtrak never had F40Cs; the closest thing would be the SDP40Fs or the P30CHs.

Hello, if you purchase the instructions for the bilevel car it comes with step by step instructions for the standard bilevel and a Stud.io file for the cab car. This is also written in the Rebrickable listing.

I actually started mocking up an NS8102 (PRR heritage unit) model a long time ago, but I never got very far... it's a bit overdone and many of the renditions are pretty good. I dunno if I could do a better one, but I guess if you wanted to commission something I'd think about it.
