Try using 1x1 studs. They should grip well and still allow the track to make contact to keep lots of surface area and a lower ground pressure.

I want to see a proper Lego Technic Combine Harvester that actually shows how the inside works. Maybe a removable side panel, showing the rotating drum, the threshing unit, straw walkers and rollers. It would be an excellent educational piece, would look lovely in Claas green and a lovely complement to my Claas tractor

No, it didn't, because we had one video not so long ago with snow already, and now this one. He lives in Poland. Where I live (Switzerland), there is less snow than where he lives, and it is still there.
