Thank you, now I can think about if I get this set or not in a more detailed fashion!

I'm not the fan of star wars stuff, but I like this trend to making those shelve display pieces at small scale and affordable instead of putting loads of money into something that will gather dust.

I wouldn't call 80€ for a big microfighter affordable, but you do you

@@BuilderBasti Well, this one is on the more expensive side, but its 650 pieces and not 3000 pieces. My point was that they give you collectibles that don't break a bank like those huge sets like titanic or the big millenium falcon/death star. It's still a licensed set and lego is steadily rising the prices.

I wish for Lego making a full ship line-up with some other iconic or not ship (clone wars ship, rebels capital ship etc…) it can render soooo cool

I do like these sets and I have the Millennium Falcon and the Executor, which is a fantastic set in so many ways, that said the irony is that now I'm older and financially comfortable my biggest issue is space, and these sets are ideal for me with that in mind. My UCS Millennium Falcon and At-AT are stuck in the corner of my mini gym in the loft and my Venator is still in the box. The UCS kits are great sets but they are huge comparatively, it's a smart move by Lego to make these but they need to price them a bit better.

I got one for 45 euro on sale and that felt more appropriate price-wise. Still waiting for the falcon to dip under 60 euro.

If you're tight on money, I can recommend checking out other brands like CaDa or Mould King, heaps cheaper, better quality, only downside being there are few non-lego Star Wars sets on the market
@porumbgeorge-andrei8435 ай бұрын
@@BuilderBasti they are not exactly cheaper if i have to import them from abroad. I can manage to get most LEGO sets for 70% of MSRP, and some of them down to 50%.
@BuilderBasti5 ай бұрын
@@porumbgeorge-andrei843 Well, yes, valid argument, I didn't know you'd have to import them

8 pods for a crew complement of what? 30? 40? no wonder that the idea of _droids_ using a pod for themselves was _unthinkable_ to the officer observing it being jettisoned.

the original model was the size of a cigarette. so really, Lego upscaled it and added a bunch of details

80 bucks for something 2-3 times the size of a microfighter?! If they haven't lost it years ago, they definitely have now!
@billcipher89425 ай бұрын
It's denser and far more detailed then a micro fighter.... It has like 4-5 times the piece count.
