Ripley looks greats . But the xenomorph is a bit disappointing as an xenomorph warrior is tall and slick as the head look like log that a dentist practices on

It's a Chinese production. Many in the Lego community dismiss these figs as cheap "knockoffs," and while they are pretty inexpensive, their quality is actually pretty good. I get a lot of Marvel and Star Wars ones of minifigs that Lego flat out refuses to make and/or are unlikely to ever produce. There're lot of Chinese companies. WorldMiniFigures, Koruit, Xinh, G(2), TV, to name a few off the top of my head.

As the friend replied in the comments, this is an unofficial Lego product sold on the Chinese site Aliexpress. Just type in Alien Minifigure and you'll easily find copies just like the one in the video.
