Lego Avengers wants to recreate the thrill of being earth's mightiest heroes, which makes you wonder why you spend so much of its early hours playing as Agent Coulson and some S.H.I.E.L.D. agents.
Still, we get to the good stuff eventually and take on the fascist forces of the Red Skull as Captain America and Bucky Barnes. I've got a good feeling about this train section, Buck.

I was working on a paper about the Epic of Gilgamesh at my university's library and took a break to watch this video, because of course. There was another student looking for a book in the bookcases behind me and she had a little boy with her who kept watching my laptop screen behind me. I could see his reflection in my screen and he was grinning this huge grin watching the Lego Avengers. I was definitely grinning, too! :D Really fun video, guys!

I honestly didn't think much of this game until I saw the free roam in Manhattan just then. It's like GTAIV with lego super heroes; which is great because the only thing I prefer to virtual genocide is virtual cosplay genocide, with added childhood innocence.

It's a really crap split screen camera that they've been recently implementing. Usually, it'll occur when you're moving to far from your ally, so the camera segregates to follow each player individually. Previously, you were unable to leave the host's side, and you basically had to be the lap dog. While this allows more movement, especially in the open world, you'll still need to put with the shoddy camera work.

They built up his character significantly in that movie, they made it real easy to connect emotionally with him and even introduced his family... And if he had died sacrificing himself to save Wanda it would've given a stronger catalyst for her becoming an Avenger than "Ultron thinks bad things". Plus if they'd ended the movie with Captain showing up at Hawkeye's wifes house, just him being there in the doorway while wearing formal attire...
