A Lego dc supervillains ranking would have to put your “no customer characters” rule in question because it 1. Counts them as actual characters in the roster and 2. You start off the game with making a custom character that is crucial for the story

The game even counts the custom characters which makes the total character count be 239. If only the custom character used in the story counts it will be 228 which is a hundred more characters than in Lego Star Wars The Complete Saga. Yeah, imagine making a “no custom characters” rule starting from Lego Indy 1 only for Lego DC Supervillains to incorporate a custom character into the story. Also, a custom character is required to get to a level in Lego Marvel Superheroes 2. Which to get the full character count you have to subtract the number of vehicles because for some reason the game counts the vehicles as characters. And if the custom characters are also counted as characters in that game then subtract ten from the amount that is subtracted from when you take the vehicles out of the equation

Did you guys know, you can kill Superman with General Zod, and vice versa, but only in Lego Batman 2. That information can possibly justify or further increase the ranking of Zod or Superman.

The revamped designs from the first to the second is suppose to be because of Batman: The animated series, the lego batman games took HEAVY inspiration off of them and if you check btas got season 2 designs to fit with the bright new (at the time) superman: the animated series, fun fact it also changed the name for s2 from btas to the adventures of batman and robin.

edit note: aswell as the dcau in general, that's why huntress was there, there was a beta design for green arrow but it was never finished, one major difference is the interchangeability of cyborg and hawkgirl.

I respect your opinion but I actually think 2 is the best if the three. Sure there are valid critiques such as bad flying mechanics (which considering is the 1st game to implement flying mechanics is somewhat understandable), Batman’s villains being dumbed down in powers, and lack of character powers. But the story I still think holds up and the music is great and for me of the three Lego Batman games this was the most replayable.

LEGO Batman 2 is the worst of the voice-acting in the games because it's the first, but when you keep going, the stories and voice acting get better. LEGO Marvel 1 is one of the best LEGO games of all time, no contest.
