the batcomputer avatars arent unused but you cant play them outside of the mission things *some are unused though i think* same for the transformations overall the video is quite misleading, the characters arent unused- they're just used as npcs (or transformations)

The bat computer avatars are in the character creator so they might have been planned for the main game
