LEGO Batman and The Red Hood MOC

I recently read Batman The Killing Joke and wanted to do a small MOC based off the chemical plant scene. I have been looking at some of the CMF figures from The LEGO Batman Movie and really wanted to put some in a MOC.

From my understanding, there are two DC characters that go by that name. One is Jason Todd, the other is from the graphic novel “The Killing Joke.” It’s a joker origin story

Jason is the *second* Red Hood. The Red Hood was originally the moniker of the Joker before he fell into a tank of chemical waste during his first scrap with Batman. Jason took on this identity when he came back to life after Joker killed him. Why anyone would take on a name formerly used by the man that put them in the ground is beyond me, but beggars can't be choosers, I suppose...
