I would start from scratch, I think you addressed a lot of issues that would continue to bother you even if the rock work is still finished. Restarting gives you room to breath and allows you to showcase new techniques. Not to mention you have a lot of freedom with new content to keep us tuned in for the new build

matt ive loved the batcave since i first saw it but damn cant wait to see what you come up with next, also enjoyed the episode on light my bricks, was a good insight. i started collecting again in 2016 after the birth of my daughter and just like you it all went down hill from there, lmao. but so worth it, worse part for me is i dont have the room to build my stuff so it all just sits in the boxes for now

Have always been a massive fan of your Batcave, was one of the models that inspired my build series. I would love to see you start from scratch so we can see yet another awesome cave. I love the idea of condensing it down. I too want to remake a Batcave one day at a much smaller scale so I can fit it into my forthcoming city. Keep up the awesome work

@@Matts_BrickCollection that was my plan initially. I was starting my city with the Batcave and Wayne Manor, however soon discovered it was going to look way to out of proportion. It is good that you have the city there first so you can work the scale in accordingly. Keep up the awesome work.

With my Lego Batcave, I made it the size of a large grey baseplate and built 4 platforms for different areas: Batcomputer with gadget wall, Suits, Trophy Room and a sick bay. I also incorporated the official Batcave set from last year's The Batman into the build for the Batmobile and the bikes with the Batwing on a platform above. The Batboat is situated at the back of the build with a bridge connecting the two platforms above where the suits for the Bat-Family members are.

Removing the cells: Yes, tbh if your gonna do a Batcave break in, I'd suggest either the Court of Owls, League of Assassins or Bane being the ones doing it. Batmobile on turntable with exit sounds good. Reorganising the computer, medbay, gym and gear, good idea. vertical mount for Batwing, brilliant, just like the 06 Batwing set Batboat under the computer area in a dry dock of sorts with exit makes sense, could maybe have a waterfall by it's exit as well. Batbike area, shrinking it could be good, maybe just having one bike as well would help

the original one is beautiful enough to me. if i really have to fix something about it. perhaps move the gadget wall next to the bat computer and change the holding cell into the trophy room or a fitness area. looking forward to your new batcave. and whatever the outcome is, i believe it will be greater than the original one. 🙂
