0:46 They're called AAT drivers because that is what that design is in universe. Those specific green markings have never once indicated a Kashyyyk battle droid (except for by Lego) and have always been exclusive to the tank driver battle droid from the Clone Wars series.

no they arent their kashyyk droid rots came out before clone wars and in the battle of kashyyk they are shown

Mocs are really awesome if you don't "play" with them. I got the juggernaut a6 and atte moc but brickvaults mtt and av-7 look so good

Built the AAT this week, it's truly a perfect MOC in my book. This is what i always dreamt of as a child, and now was finally able to fulfill this dream. Tbh, i do prefer the shorter lower legs on the LEGO build, even though they aren't screen accurate.

It's a no brainer...MOCs will always be better and have more detail, especially than a $40 set. You get what you pay for.

So, cavite to what you said about the AAT. I believe it is based off the Clone Wars AAT which is different from the movie AAT. The show one did not have the front missile launchers, the side guns were different and the over shape, mainly the turret were different.

Brick vault has some really amazing models. Some of their Mocs that they advertise as minifig scale are not to scale tho, like the x-wing and Tie fighters. Just a little too big. Cool video tho man.

How much did it cost you to make that custom AAT ? I suppose that you ordered the parts on Bricklink ?

Ordered parts on Bricklink. Not sure of the exact cost because it was part of a number of other orders in combination with other vehicles. Brick Vault lists the expected parts cost on their website though, so you may be able to estimate using that.

You should try getting the Umbara AT-RT set as well. Imo it’s the better version of Legos ATRT from Clone Wars but the ROTS ATRT might be the best lego version

hey! i highly recommend you JakobKaiserMocs builds. he has some really good builds. his barc speeder and at rt are the most accurate and my favorites. he also has some droids, like a really good crab droid and a spider dwarf droid.

Totally fair opinion! I think the M5 gunship hits the perfect balance for me between design and affordability of parts. I like the look of the Brick Vault one as well of course!

Everything from Brickvault is great except the AT-RT I might be making instructions or giving my design to Brickvault soon for the AT-RT because mine is actually from research on wikipedia in books and other things and it looks really great and show accurate as well as minifigure scale.
