Agreed! Chima is just severely underappreciated in general, I’d LOVE to see them give it another go!

Hey man thanks for sharing my moc. Also Chima has an special place in my heart, and I was also lucky enough to own view of the second wave , wich are extremely good sets. I can only recommend checking out.

I always regret missing out on so much on so much of wave 2, it had such cool sets and parts.

I really wish we had CCBS ultrabuild figures for the Scorpion, Bat, and Spider characters.

man i wish chima (and nexo knights to an extent) just stuck with their original ideas for a couple of years, they had such potential! we dont see that sort of originality anymore...

realleay intresting to see a video on a chima ultabuild set.

I still find it interesting that Tommy Andreasen's favorite Minifigure design is Eris, and that the LEGO theme he had the most fun working on was _Nexo Knights._ It's just a random bit of trivia that I want to share.

That unnamed eldrich horror moc kinda reminds me Hermeus Mora from Skyrim.

I was never a huge fan of the Chima ultra builds: They ranged from awesome (Laval, Panthar) to kinda meh (Eris, Cragger), but didn’t really line up well with the characters themselves in any case: Eris looks like she’s supposed to be a superhero and a guy, Laval looks older & wiser than he is, and Cragger looks like an evil creature instead of the relatively-innocent kid he is. I remember seeing a brickbuilt/mixels-built figure in an ad for [that one orange internet store that shall go unnamed] that looked like it’d be a good base for a brickbuilt version of Eris.

I got all of the figures from the first wave

Honestly, these sets were so underrated. It's such a shame we never got the second wave of them in the US; and moreover, it's a shame they played a part in the downfall of CCBS and constraction.
