Honestly I live the protectors for parts, the ccbs elements (both the bones and armor), the accessories, the masks, the heads and eyes, the feet. All in all they’re just amazing and I’m glad I’m working on a protector of e masks using ekimu’s normal mask and color scheme

Not only does he look mutated by the waters of the pit, he doesn't look fully mutated yet, like the warlords or the makuta. I think its a nice touch that it looks as if he's slowly getting corrupted and would eventually look indistinguishable from the Barraki
@lukestarkiller1470Күн бұрын
It would be kind of hard to trap him in the pit for a long time though since he has the mask of dimensional gateways. Maybe he only looks partially mutated because he managed to escape the pit by hopping through different dimensions before he was fully mutated
@ltb1345Күн бұрын
I think some species don't get as affected. Like for example, the two Matoran in the Karzhani set. They were mutated, but looked mostly normal.
@lukestarkiller1470Күн бұрын
@@ltb1345 I think there was a story explanation for that but I can’t remember if it was specifically stated anywhere. It’s not shown in the commercials but I’m pretty sure in the books the Matoran actually put air bubbles around their heads so they could breath down there, so maybe that prevented them from being mutated because they didn’t breathe in the water. The Toa also didn’t fully mutate because they were given their breathing tubes. So maybe you can’t be mutated unless you get the water in your lungs. Most beings wouldn’t be able to hold their breath for that long but the Matoran were able to survive because of the oxygen plants around Mahri Nui.
@PanoptesDreamsКүн бұрын
@@lukestarkiller1470 The Toa were mutated by The Mask of Life, not the mutagen. The results are the same though, they can only breathe water. It's not until much later that another god being gives them the ability to breathe on land again, making them amphibious.
@lukestarkiller147011 сағат бұрын
@@PanoptesDreams that’s what I was saying, they would have been mutated more by the water but they were changed by the mask of life to be aquatic before that could happen.

Maybe LEGO did subtly acknowledge it as Brutaka’s mask was in a LEGO Atlantis game.
@PanoptesDreamsКүн бұрын
What??? I read your comment over and over trying to understand it. Just no my dude. LEGO do this with old parts all the time, a designer thinks 'this might look nice here' and they get permission and do it. It may also happen when they have too many leftovers.
