Also try to build staircases at 2 ends, it's fairly easy and look more realistic, basically you have to build a way for your minifigs to past from car to car and access both decks (even if imaginary). Real double decker cars all have staircases at both ends except Amtrak. Finally try to build doors into the car's ends or on the lower deck (can be complete with DIY stickers depict doors)

This is my own creation. In the Lego community it's called a MOC. The original train that the idea came from can be purchased at Toys R Us or Lego.com. It called Lego City 60051 High Speed Passenger Train.

Good creation, although in real life no ICE train runs with double decker carriages (what set 60051 is based off of) but the TGV has a few (what the Horizon Express is based off of) so you could do a horizon express themed one or a modified version of the Horizon Express with the TGVs new livery

This sets was built in my head. I started off with purchasing the train and then adding and taking away. Ordering missing pieces to make it better over and over again till it looked the way I wanted in to. There are no instructions and I never made a parts list.
