I thought this video was going too long, but then I neglected to show the two big pop-up sections that are built into the terrain, giving me easy access to the tracks inside in case a train ever derails in there! Of course, since I used a ton of extra time designing & building those cutaways, *now* I'm guaranteed trains will always go through smoothly 😆 Either way, mission accomplished!

Zoo adjacent to an industrial zone makes total sense. Zoos and industrial parks take up a lot of land and tend to be built on the periphery of cities where land is relatively cheap.

That’s what I thought too! Makes perfect sense that the zoo would be built where the land is cheap and in close proximity to warehouses and deliveries.

That new hill is impressive! It gives the illusion of a longer rail line, since we can't clearly see that it's a loop right there. And B.U.R.P.s don't look ugly at all when you integrate them this smoothly!

I love the commercial plaza that that area of the city is becoming. Not only do you have the shopping mall, but it’s now going to have a big shopping center. An outdoor mall with it. Plus I love that your city is becoming a lot more of a walkable city and not just Constrained by the streets. All that is to say that it really feels like it’s developing a lot more into a great city for all the Lego people. And the trains look really great too. I love that you added this rock structure that gives a lot more character to that part of the city. And while it disguises the tracks a little bit, it’s still makes it clear that the trains are in integral part of the city. Plus, it just looks so much more cool with all these mountains everywhere. I really love what your city is becoming. I hope you’ll do more videos of the buildings that you were going to build in the commercial plaza.

I lovethe variation of the soil/rock/turf colors to show different compositions and minerals. I also love the variation of the plants on the different surfaces. many times, a hill/mountain like that will appear fairly uniform or simple from a distance, amd then as you look closer, you can see the details and subtle varieties in the design/color/foliage. In your design you can see the variety from across the room, and then see additional depth of variety on close inspection. both are good ways to make a design, and I'm not saying one is better than the other. I love this. A beautiful addition to New Jang City but...have you considered replacing it with a parking lot That's a joke. Keep up the imaginative work, and create the City the way YOU want it to be . You are a great inspiration to all lego builders!

I really love watching your City expand and grow. I think terraforming tunnel you created also works well as a transition. If you imagine that the mountain and the gap for the walking space stretch out beyond the table space, it kind of gives the impression that your City is much, much larger than what we see built up. For your Minifigs, the distance between the two major sections could be quite a few miles/kilometers apart and the city could be nestled between the mountain and the sea. At least that's how I might imagine it. It's your City Jang, and your vision. If what you imagine is completely different, that's fine. I find your City inspiring, regardless. In the meantime, I'm just sorting pieces.

Having watched your previous two videos, I wasn't quite sure what I could add in the comments that hadn't already been said. Now that I watch one of your "normal" videos again... I have decided that I want to say how great your channel is. The content, the manner in which it's delivered, the respect that you have for your audience it all fantastic. Yours was the first Lego KZbin channel I started watching and got me back into the hobby that I loved so much as a child. Thw way you build is excellent! Although it's an incredibly old video, I re-watched your mall video recently and I'm still in awe as to the level of detail and realism you manage to put into all of your builds. I must admit that when I saw how much of your layout you planned to allocate to your trains, I was sceptical (but obviously didn't comment as such, as it's your city), primarily because I felt that it would reduce the amount of buildings and intricate detail in the city. As it turns out, your whole train yard is fantastic! The detail is great and the angles and builds relating to the trains are truly inspirational. At the time I didn't own a Lego train set, and didn't really understand the appeal. I also had never seen a train yard in real life (we have a single platform station in my UK town), but having now owned a train seen a yard at similar scal to yours now I understand the attraction. Yours is only one of two channels that I have notifications turned on for, and I am really glad that you're back in a place where you're happy creating content again. I haven't used Twitch before, as I don't watch gamers live-stream, but I may well look into it if you're streaming your city building content on there, as it would be a shame to miss out. Thank you for the great content, and I hope you continue to enjoy building and sharing your builds with others in the future.

That is such a cool rock feature with the realistic water / drainage and resulting tree / plant life. The old dark grey is perfect with the tan. I find a lot of Lego cities tend to have too many roads connecting things together. Once we imagine the city continuing beyond the edges of the tables it makes sense that the connecting streets are right where the human walkways are. Can't wait to see what you do with the extra space it freed up.

My partner and I have long been big fans of your channel, and I just wanted to (finally) leave a comment and say thank you. Not only for your reviews, or the content you put out, but also just for trying to be a genuine human being on the internet. Your knowledge, empathy, and willingness to view things from not only another person's perspective, but also the perspective of children as well, lends all of your videos a much needed feeling of wholesomeness. In a period where communities and Fandom in general continues to become more divisive, you try your very best to create a space that is welcoming, and accepting. You create a platform based on informed decision making, and kind honesty being at the forefront of how you operate, not only professionally, but just in general online. Tl:dr Thank you doing what you do.
