If you back up (in this case jump down from the billboard to the roof of the building) and do a data scan (presuming you can scan challenges) then lock onto it it should reappear

Dylan Ekman I had the same problem because my jet pack wasn’t flying long enough but it’s possible to jump on the metal tubings that are coming out of the building and from there you can jump on the roof
