The farm looks nice and I like the details. I think it's great with the old trees, the plums enhancing them. A little idea in the chicken coop with a baby dinosaur looking out. Chickens are somehow related to dinosaurs and a chicken is special, it lays dinosaur eggs :-). And why the farmer is kidnapped. The aliens can travel light years, beam, laser weapons and spaceships but they cannot grow plants. You can see that in the crop circles. The alien has no idea how we humans reap, they think that's reaping. So kidnap the old farmer that he teaches about farm life :-)

One thing your farm is missing is a windmill. It wouldn’t need to be anything elaborate...perhaps more like a facade behind the barn/hayloft. It would definitely add some height to the scene...perhaps something to consider once you sort the curtain/blind situation.

What a beautiful farm. I like it a lot! But I think the alien in the corn field needs a handle for his wooden beam. You could use a short rope piece with two studs on the ends to attach it to the beam. Allthough I like the harvester conversion it gets a little lost in its corner. Maybe you put the gas tanks on this side to have more room for the little trees and build a small wooden tool shed in the corner instead. Some little girl could stand on a small ladder, picking up plums from the trees and put them on the wheelbarrow. And of course a tractor beam built of transneon dish pieces in differnt sizes coming out of the lovely UFO. Just some thoughts. Thank you for the great content.

HA! Love this episode! Your humor really 'shines' through onto this farm! Delighted you included some good puns! Awesome job Robin, I had a good laugh at the southern accent. I really like the amendments. Using the alien with a plank of wood to make the crop circle is a brilliant idea, far better than the idea I suggested. I do like the plum trees. I've always liked the classic trees, yes they are a bit strange and unique but that's what you like to use in your city. I do like the revised combine harvester from the batman set and now I have that set on my wanted list lol. For some other added detail maybe you could replicate a old rusty looking disc that the tractor used to pull behind it to plow up the land. You could use the 2x2 radar dishes for the discs. The flying saucer is really fantastic to. One amendment I would do with that is hang it from some fishing line and get rid of the trans clear bricks holding it up. I think it would look better. Excellent video and great work my friend.

Like others are saying I think the tree in the pig pen needs some other splash of color to it. I don't know if they make a squirel piece, but a rat with the tail concealed by the foliage would probably work in place of one. I think the retro trees look good, though I think those in conjunction with the tanks makes that area a bit dense for my taste. Maybe they are lilac or choke cherry bushes? Having them in a line like that hints that there may have been a property line there at one point. Trees are often planted along edges of fields to create a wind break and protect the soil and plants from harsh high wind. To break up the top of the water tower like suggested you could put a frisbee or ball up there which would give a touch of color. For the abduction is there a way with one of those clear action pieces to mount the farmer at an unusual angle such as having his other hand gripping a clear rod so he could be more upside down? I'm not sure if there is a secure way to mount him down from the ufo, but that could help clear the sight line on the front of the cow shed so it doesn't have clear bricks in front of it. If some non clear pieces would be needed for that they might be able to be concealed by other in air items being beamed up with him, such as his hat or bits of soil. If something clear or translucent was coming down from or to the center, it might also create a cool effect if the light on the ufo is lit (depending of if activating it is even feasible.
@RobinHoodBricks3 жыл бұрын
I think I'll rework the tractor beam. That light would not last long if left on, sadly!
