I LOVE IT!!!! Can I suggest building mountains against the interior table legs to give the backdrop some scenery and possibly have a waterfall or at least a river pass underneath the bridge supports. Even though it is a long term project it is going to look AWSOME!

Since there's lots of room height under the tables, make a story for scene. Like, a mine, and etcs. Use this experience to get really creative to blow our minds. Do something different that no one else done before. Tip: You could use brown blocks as dirt running down underneath the table to make it connected to your city without having the area feel discontinued from each other.

Under the table is awesome but did you consider the top of the room? The same background that you have for brixe wall can be extended with a seven brick height all across the entire room around every corner. The mid bricks of border can be of Technic ones which have circular holes in the mid and can be screwed in the wall. You can have an entire border of Minifigures across the entire room right close to the ceiling along with the brixe background.

I think you should add some light strips under the table to light it is like the top layer. You could use underneath for a big amusement park and incorporate some Mario as an attraction.etc And that will free up soo much up top for city and city expansion

since you have all the murps you should elevate both castles at each end of the table on and have a Forrest scenery in the middle wiht the 2 enemies going against each other from one end of the table to the other and in the middle have a river and waterfalls and tall trees

I’d love to see a Harry Potter world, and also a 365 Winter Village - I feel like these are the 2 most cohesive and fun Lego themes…. You could integrate the castle to have a ‘winter is coming scene” and also things like the bat caves…. I would keep it completely out there so that it is all the movie theme sets. It would be awesome to see how they could all integrate to create “The Underworld” which is a parallel Lego world to your Lego City. Also how do you slide your table out now to get to the centre of your lego City? Does the track unhook at the same spot?

I love the idea and how it's looking so far. Trains are the best. But I have one observation. When you eliminate the man holes from the city, your plan was to slide the table(s) out to gain access to the inner city. But now with all the track and lower platforms it seems that it will be a lot of effort to have to move everything to get access to the inner city..

I love the idea of a castle theme side, with a forest that can house some of the Harry Potter sets. There aren't that many in your city right now but they would integrate really well into a forest/castle area.

That’s dope! If a train could go from the bottom layer to the top of the table that would be killer! Or a waterfall from the top to the bottom (if possible) from the ninjago area. But I think Mario sets wouldn’t do the space justice, Harry Potter or Star Wars would definitely be cooler maybe a battle or the cantina like you said. Or maybe the assault on Hoth to put the white tables to offset the tile cost.

Looking good. Wouldn't go with the Star Wars theme as I think it would look out of place. It would be good to see some Star Wars sets in the theme park like a Galaxy's Edge section. Be good to see a medieval section. Think that you could have such a lot of fun with making a custom Harry Potters Castle. The amount of sets out there (and a lot of offer.... Bricksie loves Lego Shopping for a discount WOOOOHOOOOO) that you wouldn't struggle to get them for a decent price. The Hogwarts Express could then get a good run down there.

Alot depends on how tall your sets are. Along with Money&Space. Right know I'm just using boards and Milk crates for mine. I have seen Plastic shelf's used.

I would absolutely place Hogwarts under the table. Dead center of the train tracks in the middle of the entire display. Then have the Hogwarts Express run around it and setup Platform 9-3/4 for the train. Have the model sitting on a shelf doesn’t give it life. It just remains as a static backdrop. Putting into a moving display gives it life. You can then add a lake and Hagrids hut, weeping willow, etc.
