Looks pretty neat! The only paper bags I've gotten were from a jurassic set from a couple of years ago that had dinosaurs in them. Other than that, all plastic.

I got plastic bags all the way, for some reason. Same it isn't implemented in all set boxes.

It does seem to be hit and miss, I still get a lot of new sets with plastic bags

This set does not justify the cost, very over priced imo
