Definitely couldn't agree more. Almost all the house sets are old and difficult to get hold of. Also quite expensive now. Adults and children can enjoy having houses, as I'm sure many adults would want more houses for residential areas

The garage hinge could be a perforated vent cover set in a window-like frame to vent the garage ro prevent moisture build up, or some appliance vent (like a dryer).

This was the best set I have ever gotten from Creator. I even bought two of them so I have both the Family House and the Villa for my town that I started building. Though the interiors of this house is incredibly boring and lacking, I decided to add modifications to this house to make it a lot nicer looking on the inside.

My son enjoyed building this Lego house. But then he was ready for something more advanced, so he designed and built his own dream house with the 3-D Home Kit (sold online). It's like Legos on steroids! Less expensive than many of the Lego sets too.

The light is actually brighter in real life. I have this set at my house. I think his batteries are just dying in the light.

beastboy126 It's all relative. In a dark room, the light looks incredibly bright & vibrant. In a studio with well over 1,000W worth of artificial light up close, the little LEGO light brick doesn't appear to provide as much illumination.
