They probably used the long eared cowl because the head is Glow in the dark. If they used the short eared version, you would see the chin part of the head glow since there's no chin strap on the short ear cowl, which would look really weird.

I think they used it because for that batman suit it has like that chin part which sticks out in the suit and you kind of need that

I like these sets, but I agree on the armored Batman. Lego makes new pieces for Star Wars and city all the time, so why can't we get a new cowl?! Also, I'm totally changing the armored cape to black.

Have to the Batmobile set and it's pretty good except for the loose pieces of glass on the kryptonite and the doors seems really "stuck"? I don't know the word for it but they seem difficult to move and sometimes it takes the build apart because of the friction.

Could I discuss the outrageous price for '76046 Heroes of Justice: Sky High Battle.' In the UK it costs £54.99 which is £4.99-£14.99 more than what it should be compared with other similar sized sets, I'm definitely not picking it up at that price. Maybe around £29.99-£34.99.

I agree, I do like getting Bruce Wayne heads for spare minifigs but for Jesse eisenberg's lex Luthor, if they had to rehash an old Lego head they should have done the same thing from last year with the general from the Man of Steel sets(a plain star wars head I mean) but still keep up the awesome work

When I get the "Clash of Heroes" Lego set I'm probably not gonna use the armor piece in my videos or if I'm bored and just like making Lego Batman fight Lego Superman. BTW you should make an analysis video for the upcoming Marvel sets. (I mean the 2 Marvel's Avengers sets and the 3 Marvel's Captain America: Civil War sets.)

The reason that they used the long ears is because if they didn't, the cowl wouldn't cover his whole head causing to to be all white because the head it printed onto a white head.

Funny, I plan to do the opposite of what you suggest. The Batwing is the only set I don't intend to buy; I don't personally like the movie design of the ship and so if I pick up Wonder Woman from the aftermarket, I'm not really missing out on anything. The Batmobile on the other hand is a great build and between the two small sets and Wonder Woman I'll have all versions of the Trinity (besides Superman boots) and really those are the only figs I care about here.
