In season 1, the Reverse Flash is only slightly faster than The Flash at the end of the season, if not the same speed. In the show they state that Zoom is roughly 3-4 times faster than The Flash. So, Zoom is FAR FASTER than the Reverse Flash. Also Reverse Flash is faster than Flash, even though he isn't classified as a speedster. Instead, Reverse Flash is classified as a time traveler. Although it appears like Eobard Thawne is running, he is actually traveling into the future, he's just going an extremely short time into the future. This came from Google

This is true with one version of reverse flash not featured in the cw this reverse flash dubbed “proffeser zoom” is actually the original zoom the concept of zoom was created in the show as a speedster instead also reverse flash is much faster than the flash the only reason he was so slow is that he could not control his speed in season 1 as stated by reverse flash himself
