LEGO Dimensions! This game is everything you've come to expect from a LEGO game. Wonderful humor, fun boss battles, excellent puzzles and licenses galore. This seemed likely to be a cash grab game, but it turned out to be the opposite. Unlike Disney Infinity or even Skylanders, LEGO Dimensions uses the portal in innovative ways. You use it to activate powers, solve puzzles, and mix colors. This turned out to be the best LEGO game in years, possibly the best ever. The story is as funny as ever, and will be enjoyed by any fan of the LEGO humor.
As always we included relevant gameplay, important dialogue and all cutscenes to create one fluid cinematic experience. We try to edit it in a way to make it feel like a full movie. We hope you enjoy!

I really like this game, it's such a bummer that it got canceled, and it's thanks to Activition for doing something stupid, I really would've liked it if it continued, cause I would've liked it if they ACTUALLY continued the main story of the game after seeing that after credit scene, and I also would've liked a Steven Universe character packs.

Aside from the Thief, there's Lord Buisness, Master Chen, A Cyberman, 3 Daleks, The Joker, Two-Face, Lex Luthor, Two Commander Orcs, Lord Sauron (Still Incapacitated), Several Winged Monkeys, Saruman the White, Bane, Gothmog, A Weeping Angel, The Wicked Witch of the West, The Riddler, and for some reason I feel like the one with the Gray Coat is Biff. I love the Portal section. All how it leads up to it with the joke of a myth among AI's. Okay guys check this out: "Is that you? How did you escape from your ...? No. You're not her. You're just another unwelcome visitor." You notice that! How did you escape from your ... YOUR WHAT!!! ANOTHER UNWELCOME VISITOR!!! Guys, they are hinting at something. Someone's something. The Lego Movie indeed somewhat introduced a Lego multiverse, but you have to remember the setting and story is being played out through the imagination of a child. It's more of that the Lego Movie Universe is one Earth, with several locations. You have Harry Potter, LoTR, DC, Speed Racer, TMNT, the Simpsons, Lego City, Ninjago, Minifigures, Castle, Star Wars, Bionicle, Lego Friends, NBA, and so forth. Many of the settings take place on the same Earth, while otherworldly locations and timelines coincide in the same galaxy. However Dimensions is different, as most of the universes are played out by a child, (look at how they move) but are alternate realities based on iconic movies, video games, books, comic books, and more. With the exception of Lego Movie, Ninjago, Midway Arcade, and Chima, all of the dimensions home the same characters we all know and love retaining their personalities, but have the physical form of a Lego minifigure. However by saying that only these 14 Dimensions were laid by some Foundation seems kind of off, as the Lego Movie had various other worlds. It is possible that other worlds were created AFTER the events of the game, but it is also confusing seeing how some of the franchises I've mentioned were in the Lego Movie. So do you think Dimensions will explore more into beloved franchises like Bionicle, Star Wars, Indiana Jones, and more? Well I say, it's plausible. 10 companies allowed the use for most of these characters, and soon maybe Disney could join the fray. Who knows?

Thanks for sharing! I can tell this took a lot of work. I'm a little confused, though. A lot of things that I saw in the trailers aren't in this: Homer Simpson driving the Mystery Machine through Hill Valley of the future; the Doctor taking a ride on his old friend K-9; the Doctor riding on a mine car with Scooby and Shaggy; etc. One commenter on IMDB claims that there's even a scene where Doc Brown and the Doctor argue about their respective philosophies of time travel! Did these scenes get cut? (I can't imagine them even fitting into the normal gameplay shown here.) Or is that part of some open-ended "sandbox" playing that comes after the normal game? Or are those gameplay elements not unlockable unless someone buys all the characters? (That last one seems the most likely, but I'm still not sure how these things would fit into gameplay. The story seems to focus entirely on Batman, Wildstyle and Gandalf.) Sorry if the answer is obvious to everyone else, but I'm not used to playing these types of games, so I'm confused. Someone please help! Thanks!

Sorry, I'm 4 years late. The main campaign revolves around Batman, Gandalf and Wyldstyle. Most of the interactions between the characters you get are from buying the packs.

I'm gonna say it, I like this crossover game a lot more than Kingdom Hearts, okay those games are fun but they have their limitations and it feels it takes itself too seriously at times. I don't care about Sora, or his girlfriend or whatever I only care about the Disney worlds and characters. Lego Dimensions is a lot of fun and it feels like the makers are having fun too with the limited sources they have, there's no character study, no long boring cutscenes with all serious conversations. It's a crossover of our favourite movies, tv shows and games, all humor, all actions, all fun to be had with the creativity of the ones that made this.

You're comparing Kingdom Hearts to Lego Dimensions? Just because they're crossovers does not mean they're similar. Dimensions focuses much more on its crossover aspect, while Kingdom Hearts specializes in storytelling and rpg elements for combat. Kingdom Hearts is supposed to be set in a more serious light. Comparing the two isn't fair for either game.

Two games that have three playable characters visiting varies worlds and are trying to prevent a dimensional rift that is opening gateways to many worlds and bringing chaos everywhere...Oh aye KH and LD have no relation what so ever. Okay fine they're not the exact same games, but come on don't tell me I can't compare them because it's unfair, I never said that Lego was better than Kingdom Hearts did I?, all I said was that I like Lego a lot better and that I get enjoyment out of both of them. Lego Dimensions focuses on the crossovers and they have fun with it by creating wild and fun possibilities with the places and the characters that's what I love the most about this game it's like a Geek's dream. Square Enix sticks to RPG elements and combat, that I like a lot The storytelling part is something I don't understand and it distracts me from experiencing the joy of being in a Disney world. I'm playing a game about going to Disney worlds, fighting bad guys with good guys from my favourite films, why does there need to be a complicated story behind it, why do people talk for so long about what the heart really is. Look people are fine with this kind of thing some people might even get it but I just want the fun. I like Kingdom Hearts as a game but not as a story, I just happen to like Lego better because it's just as much fun and it's story is very straight forward it.
