Loving your new harry potter themed style! I was wondering how you animated the lego harry potter minfigure, I'm assuming you used Mecabricks to get the 3d model, but where did you animate it in? and If its after effects, how did you convert the lego file to glb format

It's just a PNG, I chopped it up into pieces, animated those and used some liquify. It's nowhere near as deep as you think ;)

The 3 stickers in a $15 set, the terrible off-white printed doors, the ugly stacked plates on the back half of the cabin, the minifigures (which aren’t even upgrades from 4 privet drive) needing to raise their arms to close the door… I personally just don’t see a reason to like this set. Yet I do… charming.
