Considering the shaping of the character and the ever present parts limitations, I'd say you've done quite well. The large pot design from set "Tiny Plants 10329" would be good shaping for the torso. But then again, parts limitations. Just a thought.

Here’s a tip if you want to make a top hat that size if you use Lego tires on top of the rim of the hat you can make the top part of the hat a more accurate size relative to the rim I used this trick on my golden Freddy
