As a casual Fortnite player myself I’m really excited for these sets, especially the Battle Bus. The minifigures look really good & since there’s almost 1,700 original characters Epic could pick from to include in future sets, it makes me really excited to see if we get some of my favorites in the future such as Reese, Cerberus, Artemis, Mystica, Drakon Steel Hybrid, Lynx, Vi, Galaxy Scout, Oscar, Haxsaur, The Burning Wolf, Hybrid, Erisa & Neuralynx.

As an older AFOL who has never played Fortnite I gotta say that battlebus looks sweet. Just as a display piece, it really does it for me. I also think the minifig selection and execution is top notch.

Thanks for sharing this with us. I like the concept of the peeling fig only do to the fact it reminds me of an old human model where you could see all the different layers of the body. If they took this idea and applied it to something like that or for some kind of animal could be neat.

That treatment only goes for sets with clone troopers. The holes aren’t even bad. If they had them on older phase 2 figures I would have loved them. Idk what the big deal is

Fyi, in Fortnite there is a Lego mode which is just minecraft but in Lego. In addition, the peely bone is an actual skin in Fortnite and I'd say the details Lego put are top knotch. Kinda wish they put that same effort in some Sw sets

They released 4 random sets, that all look incomplete. Battle bus being the best one, all its missing is maybe a few glider side builds. The Cube assasin and Trespasser minifigures should be replaced with iconic skins like Rex or Raptor. The buildable Llama is also looking fine but still could've threw in some default minifigures and maybe a Llama one or side build. The durr burger set is the easiest one to fix. Add a chest side build and include accessories, and then include the durr burger minifigure along with the drift one or tomato head. then finally the buildable peely should be og peely with a minifigure included. Why would it be so hard to think of those easy additoins to make the sets actually seem worth it. Also one figure with arm printing (and its the default skin lol) is a slap in the face after seeing all the great designs for the minifigures in the lego game

As someone who has played Fortnite off and on since it came out, I think the Battle Bus, Llama, and Durburger are great. But that Peely should just be the regular one. Also, I think they need to make some sets of iconic times in Fortnite (tilted towers, the floating island, the cube, etc.)

The peely half and half is a actual skin in the game, and with the adventure peely minifig he came out when the Lego Fortnite mode came out in the game.

I personally wish they made the physical Lego figures as detailed as they did in the game, but its Lego so I guess it was wishful thinking. Still really great regardless. I do love the idea of them doing a CMF series down the line caz that will sell like crazy. I do wish they chose some more iconic characters for the Battle Bus set (Cube Assasin and Trespassed Elite are just so random imo). As for the Peely fig in that set, it's probably because when Lego Fortnite came out, that character was like an original design made for the collab, so it makes sense for it to be one of the first figs. The giant peely is probably because when that skin came out it sold well. I also find it to be pretty cool as a display because it's almost like an anatomy "skeleton" but Lego. Looks way better than the Chewbacca and really good pricing.

I have a lot of good memories playing Fortnite with my friends near the end of high school and if a few of the skins I played with are included (ex. Swift/Shift whatever his name is, the guy with the Kitsune fox mask from OG season 5) I'll definitely pick up the set.

I just love how more unhinged LEGO gets with every 18+ set. Never did I think LEGO would have such a graphic looking buildable character. Skeleton with intestines showing. Really puts everything on the table. Now my concern now with this theme if they would have weapons or not.
