With how Fortnite’s been trying to advertise this as a Minecraft alternative and rival, it FAILS at being a Minecraft competitor almost immediately. In Minecraft you have a unified artstyle, where everything is made of pixels, which are then formed into blocks, which has the fun side effect of allowing players to edit and modify their worlds to their heart’s content. This isn’t possible in Lego Fortnite, and the world is just a odd mishmash of Lego and Fortnite assets.

Me personally, I find the new mode fun. I mean this is something I wanted for the last 5 years now. But I respect your opinion. Not everything is gonna be perfect.

This is just my initial thoughts, I wouldn’t call it a full review since this is a LEGO channel not a gaming channel

How can you leave a comment on a KZbin video if you’re not a famous KZbinr? Idk, I personally feel you don’t have to have the FULL lego fortnite experience to have some kind of initial opinion. Same goes for being able to participate in the KZbin community in comment sections

Great video! I’d have to agree with you. I’ve not really played it much, just because I’m not really into the survival aspect. However, I might have to try out the build mode, that would be fun!
