It's 2021 and I was stuck on this level but I read the comments and figured out how to beat it. If your on nintendo instead of pressing Y to use leviosa you have to press B instead whenever the lego glows purple. It's really stupidly easy once you figure it out. I don't know why they made this part so complicated tricking us into believing we had to use Y. Also, use Harry

if anyone is stuck on the troll boss on the switch, I finally caught the purple block my holding A . . . instead of Y. Which is strange because the whole game I've been using Y to cast spells. Why does it suddenly work only with A?

I finally figured it out! Thanks. I am playing it on the PS4 and hubby helped me out. He said you have to press the circle button to catch the Lego block and then toss it onto the trolls head.

For future people, Make sure to have the Accio spell equipped else you won't be able to catch the brick the troll throws at you, took me too long to figure that out. Goodluck!

i figured out how to do this on pc, you have to face the troll (from a distance) and only when the brick appears to have the purple ring around it , press and hold the H button. Dont press the H button beforehand as it wouldnt work
